Privacy Policy
Last updated
This policy explains what personal data PageChck (“we”, “us”) collects through pagechck.com, why we collect it, and the rights you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.
Who is responsible
The data controller is PageChck. For any privacy question or request, email contact@pagechck.com.
What we collect and why
- Contact form. Your name, work email, company, cloud provider, timeline and message. We use them only to reply to your request and, if you become a client, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
- Email. When you email us, we receive your address and whatever you include in the message, and use it to reply.
- Booking a call. Calls are scheduled through Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting.
- Analytics. If enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser, and clicks on contact buttons. Google Analytics uses cookies. We do not use this data to identify you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the website, or your consent where required by law.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address and request details to deliver and secure the website.
Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us run the website and respond to you:
- Vercel — website hosting
- Resend — delivery of contact form submissions to our inbox
- Calendly — call scheduling
- Google — Google Analytics (when enabled)
Some of these providers are located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within 24 months. Data related to clients is kept for the duration of the relationship and as long as required by tax and accounting law. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the EU/UK GDPR and Brazil’s LGPD — you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@pagechck.com and we will respond within the period required by law. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
